We want you to love your All Totems purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

✓ Items must be unused and in original condition

✓ Original packaging must be included

✓ Proof of purchase required

✓ Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@alltotems.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship to our returns address (provided in authorization email)
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
